Description
The Nikon NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S is a portrait prime for photographers who want a bright aperture and precise control over depth of field. Its 85mm focal length suits headshots, wedding portraits and fashion work, while the f/1.2 maximum aperture provides scope for strong background separation. The S-Line optical design is intended for detailed rendering of your subject.
An 11-blade rounded diaphragm contributes to the character of out-of-focus areas, and a minimum focusing distance of 0.85m supports tighter portrait compositions. The lens is designed for Nikon Z-mount cameras with full-frame coverage and uses an 82mm filter thread. At very wide apertures, careful focus placement is important, making it a deliberate creative tool for photographers who enjoy a shallow-focus look.
